Rear windshield tinting question.

I have a 2002 Subaru WRX sedan and I would like to tint the back windshield, the thing is that the rear seats/rear brake light are in the way, how do I remove the seats/brake light?

There should be two 12mm bolts near the footwell to remove the bottom rear seat cushion. There will then be four 12mm bolts to remove the top rear seat cushion.

The rear brake light requires you to go in through the trunk, if I recall correctly (been awhile since I removed one).
