Swaping my 02 WRX Int for 05 STI int. Any thoughts?

First Off, I'm curious if a change from WRX int to STI Int is an upgrade or a pain! I have just came across a STI with all the interior in great condition. I'm looking for an estimate on what it is worth in case I buy it, there is a small chance I'll resell it. I thought it might be nice to get some figures to know what I should expect to pay. Front seats, Rear bench seat, Door Cards, Carpet, STI Floor Mats. (id sell some of the misc stuff i'm just looking for the above mentioned items for PRICING as a reference to what I should buy it for.

I have the 02' WRX black suede with blue weave currently. Is the STI interior an upgrade based on quality or just "omg, it is STI interior... sooo cool" ?

Also, there is a few small differences where they do not just go right on, might have to get creative with mounting brackets (or am i missing something and it is super easy?)

sti interior usually goes for about 700-1000$

as far as installation- i'm not 100% sure but from what i've read you have to swap over the bladder on the bottom of the seat & get a resistor to avoid getting an airbag light & make sure they're still functional.

there are a lot of threads on nasioc about it. i'd search there.

What about the rear seats? Your current seats fold. Can the replacements be adapted to do so?

Having just sold an STi interior, I can tell you what good prices would be:
    Door cards $125
    Front seats $250
    Rear seat $100
    Carpet $100

Total of $575. Keep in mind those are all very good prices. Add maybe $150 to that to get what you're realistically going to pay at the least. I sold cheap to move things fast.

Trust me... this is an issue I haven't solved. I'll be looking for advice on that as well. I have a buddy with an 02' outback and He might buy my WRX int. In change he is offering his rear top seat and I was going to get it upholstered to match so i have functional rears.

Yikes. that was a pain in teh ass.

    Still not done.
Door cards - Need to pull the harnesses out of the 05 STI and wire them into my 02 WRX Wagon.

Rear seat - possibly get it reupholstered.
