Need Help w/ 2010 WRX Factory USB port

Hey Everybody,

First time posting here.

I'm having issues with getting the factory HU play music from an attached 16GB USB jump drive. I've tried formatting the jump drive with either Fat32 or NTFS without any success. The farthest I've gotten is the HU displaying the "Unsupported" error message.

Am I being completely dense or is there a trick to this?

I've tried searching the various forums & the subbie Media Hub manual but couldn't find the exact answer.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It sounds like the HU cannot read a usb of that size no matter what the format, have you tried using a smaller usb drive, 2GB, 4 GB?
