    I've got one from the old Voodoo Racing out in CA... threaded to match, weighted and countersunk so the top of the knob actually ends up nearly 2" lower than the stock. They're awesome if you can still find 'em.

    Just installed the Subie duracon knob. It was a little lighter than the stock leather one, and you can feel the vibration a bit more. I like it though - no cushion so it feels a bit more direct (next comes shifter bushings).
