I am wanting to add an aftermarket carbon fiber hood scoop in place of the factory scoop on my 2003 WRX. I was wondering if anybody had any pics or knew of any references of the bugeyes with these hood scoops installed?
I am thinking something along the lines of this one for my car....

3 reasons:
1. Size-wise, that scoop is absolutely obnoxious (consensus opinion)
2. You can get a real JDM scoop for half that.
3. A carbon fiber scoop on a painted hood may look awkward (personal opinion)
id personally go with this one, perfect size!

i just sanded down my speedo needle and got like a 2 second reduction on my 1/4 time...
Check my pics in the bugeye mafia thread, its on a seibon cf hood though. Id go with a jdm sti scoop, the other is HUGE in person, I have a reverse cowl now.

I have a giant scoop. Had to replace a damaged hood and ended up getting a CF hood/scoop for free. It wouldn't be something I'd purposely put on, but it did grow on me. Looks bad at some angles and awesome at others.
