faded cf hood

hey i just got my o2 wrx the other day an the cf hood is faded pretty bad thought about wet sanding it then reclearing it? any other ideas on how to bring it back to life ?

i had a cf hood on my last car and it was really cloudy and faded. all i did was use mothers carnuba wax liquid kind and one of the walmart electric buffers. it came out great looking better than when i bought the hood. it took 2 times for it to come back to life. you could try it. it worked for me. hope this helps.
