    Does anyone have a good suggestion of where to ground an amp in the back of an 02. I have the hatch style

    I used one of the bolts for the rear left seat bottom hook loop.

    get a self tapping screw and there is a nice flat area on the drivers side up by the rear seat. Scrape it down to bare metal and you should be good to go

    I just ran two wires from the battery, power and ground.
