Aftermarket Pedals for 2006 WRX TR?

I really can't stand my stock rubber pedals in my TR. I am looking to upgrade them but any oem-style upgrade is either not made for the TR or is a cheap/pink style. Yuck! Does anyone have any more knowledge about this sort of thing?

Here are a few that I have found that are confirmed to fit the 2006 TR: My goal here is to maintain my silver/black trimmed interior with an oem-style replacement for my DBW pedals.

Billet Aluminum Pedal Set - Steering Wheels and Pedals - looks cheap and not oem

    https://www.chaplinssubarugenuinepar...oducts_id=1084 - is...pink.

https://www.chaplinssubarugenuinepar...roducts_id=251 - these are exactly what I want - however you can clearly see "will NOT fit TR"

I also have someone on nasioc attempting to sell me his '05 STi pedals, which I am also afraid wont fit because most of these pedals that are direct replacements say "does not fit TR"

    Edit:
upon doing more research @ nasioc, it appears that I can rig the ones that I like to fit by sanding it down and using plastic welder!

    What do you think?
