whats this wireless usb you speak of?
and how does it work...i might also look into that if.
and what is the camp 2 system?...just curious
Well there are wireless usb hubs and you could just use one port on them. I found one as cheap as 50 the other day.
    Wireless USB Hub

The only problem with that is I think you have to plug in the hub part. But if you wanted to power that through the cig plug it could work. So you would plug the obd two port into that behind the dash then plug the dongle into your AP.
It makes sense logically, but now that I think about it it seems backwards because usually the dongle powers by computer and the AP also powers through usb(that means both would be powerless).

This is what makes me want to go with the Camp 2:
Camp 2 is this system that hks makes that connects to obp II port and outputs a rca video connection that when connected to a video screen shows virtual gauges(Real Time Engine monitoring).

    Camp2

I just ordered a dvd monitor so I am pretty sure this is the way I am going. I havn't heard much about it, but I figure I will give it a try.

That looks really interesting (HKS CAMP2). I would love to do something like this, but the price is pretty steep once you add it all up. I would add the optional sensors.

It would plug in well with my Kenwood DVD. Cobb should do this for the APv3.

Yeah, that is defiantly a great suggestion. If they mixed the output of rca video or even HDMI ( I know its outrageous) and the tune control then it would be an absolutely sick device. And it would give people more of a reason to keep it.
