Hey guys pics will be going up tonight. sorry been away for a while!! Speakers all went into factory locations.

Okay so the full system is installed. I must say the Pioneer AVHP4100DVD is a great deck, the main nice point is when the vehicle is parked up any thief would assume it is factory navigation. The menu system is also very easy to use and the USB connectivity means no burning of CDs constantly. Also on DVD's the screen is great quality, most in car DVD players have very poor resolution but this Pioneer is great.

As for the speakers the JL VR series are great, very well rounded and capable of putting out good volume while not sounding bright or harsh like so many car audio speakers. Mounting the speakers in the doors required very little modification, the rears were literally drop in and the front required a small amount of cutting of the factory brackets. Of course these speakers wouldnt sound anywhere near as good without the amplifier.

The Amp was a brand new G4500 JL, I decided to remove the graphics from the front of the amp as I thought they made it look cheap. This amp is a 4 channel although as I was adding a sub to the system I lost my fader control and bridged one set of terminals. Many think this doesn't work very well but the system sounds great.

The final component is a 10" W1v2 in a matched JL sub box. Most people including myself believe that a W1 is not a very good sub! I stand corrected, this one little 10 in the Rex sounds great, i think the open trunk and the matched box make for a great bass enviroment lol.

All I can say is im super happy with my system and would reccommend every component in the vehicle. One nice thing is I work in a store that specializes in car audio so I was able to listen and test lots of different equipment before going with my final system.

Oh and yes I did get steering wheel controls lol!

If you do have the pics, that would be great.

I assume you mounted the amp on the passenger side footwall? Or did you put it under the seat?

Do pictures have to be resized before they can be posted?? Ive tried numerous times now and it keeps saying there is too much information being used???

My ipod and usb cables were run to the glove box and yes they came with my deck. Actually I changed out the amplifier for a JLG6600 6 channel amplifier instead and upgraded the sub to a JLW3 HO Wedge.

If i can get this damn thing to work il put pics up!!!
