Running Lights won't shut off.

I didn't know where to post electrical issues but I figgured Id try here. So just this afternoon when I shut my car off the running lights stayed on, I didn't think much of it and I figgured it would shut off soon, even though that has never happened to me. I went back out to my car just now and the running lights on the front and the tail lights are still on. I made sure my lights are shut to off (which shouldnt matter if the cars off), tried starting and turning off the car again, and i disconnected the positive cable on the battery but whenever I put the cable back on, the lights are still on.

Does anyone know how i can fix this? Thanks.

Make sure you have the parking lamp switch turned off. It's right above the steering wheel on the column.

I remember the first time I had my car in the body shop. I got a phone call from the body guy telling me that my running lights wouldn't turn off

there should be a sticky on this subject in the noobie section. If you don't go through the manual most wouldn't figure out the switch on the steering wheel column.
