Father's Day - Maybe some New Speakers?

Father's Day is fast approaching. I am considering either some new speakers, or a Car Stereo for my 2003 WRX.

Can anyone recommend some good speakers?

Any recommendations for a Car Stereo with an iPod hook up?

    Thanks!

NOTE: If you run a turbocharger beyond itís compressor efficiency range, it will turn into a flame thrower.

Alpine R series, or S series if you want to spend a little less. Awesome sound quality.
