    given that vague question, am I to assume you are referring to ProSport gauges?

    If so, then no controller needed.

    yep..
    I run the ProSports..
    And let me give you a word of caution:

    The gauges use the same plug in the back, and 'most' have the same pinout. ALL have the same colored wires, and the colors represent the same thing... HOWEVER... some gauges may have two pins reversed (for whatever damned reason) and will screw you royally, if you aren't paying attention to what you're doing..
