    Are there any serious consequences to removing all the plastic wrap thats in between the door panels and the door?

    it recently has been causing annoying vibrations from my speakers...

    Thats the first thing I removed when I applied sound deadening to my doors. The plastic is pointless as it just causes extra noise from vibration.

    that plastic is like a big seal between the inside of your door panel and whatever moisture builds up inside your actual door. you could end up with mold problems depending on where you live and the type of weather you see.

    There are a countless number of us who, for audio reasons, took out the plastic...........and nobody has complained about mold problems or any problems at all. Just crisp clear sound
