Parking lights don't turn off! Help!

Hello,

I was armoral'ing my the interior of my car tonight, and after doing the front front area of the car, I notice that my parking lights are on. and the key is not even in the ignition. I have done a STI headlight swap with leveling switch, the leveling switch is connected to power at the same fuse for the tail lights. After some initial troubleshooting it appears that fuse number 5 (for the tail lights) is getting power all the time, and I have no idea why. Does anybody have any clue what could be going on? Maybe a relay?

I have a 07 WRX Sedan, just for clarification.

Any help would be really appreciated, I can't believe that armoral in the car would cause this kind of proble

Thanks so much for the quick reply... you were right that switch got turned on. What a whacky place for the switch, and don't really even understand why it is there... oh well.... thanks again for the quick reply and for correcting my stuped'ness
