shift knob change?

hi, I have 2003 auto, as seen in avatar. it has stock shifter.
i would like to change the shifter head.
Has anyone done this. and what did you uses?how? thanks

im pretty sure that they just unscrew and then you can put pretty much anyone that u want on it as long as the threads match up

yep. it should be easy to just unscrew it. just make sure you dont put too much force on the shifter assembly (the metal rod that goes down into the car) but i dont think that should be the case. if you just turn, it should come off. all you need is a new knob
