So, my boss' son just bought a 98 Impreza.

I haven't seen the car, my boss has barely seen it either (I guess the kid bought it on his own).

It's got a CAI, and quite a bit of rust from what I understand, but only 95K miles, and runs pretty decent I guess.

Anyway..... the horn doesn't work.

My boss hotwired it, and the horn is functional.... so we're both thinking it could be the switch behind the steering wheel.

QUESTION: How hard is it to get to?
Any danger with the airbags?
What should he look for?
Any other he should know before he goes tearing into it?
