On the Road, Noob Question

So I am currently sitting in the Philly Airport and I got time to kill so I am pricing out my next project. My gauges ....

I am looking at the:
Defi's Triple Gauge Hood for my Enclosure
Defi's Boost Gauge
Defi's Oil Pressure Gauge
Then EITHER
AEM Wideband
or
Defi's EGT

My Uncle a professional tuner will be tuning the car come summertime. So I am up in the air which one will help him more ... thoughts?

I can't remember lol, I know it's bad, but what color do my gauges light up at night, the stock cluster? It's like that Orangish/ Redish Color right?

For tuning purposes the wideband would help him more. But he'll probably want to look at EGT as well.

My '05 has green backlighting on the gauges... not sure what you've got.
