I am very close to buying one, but my friend Chris just picked up a Sony UX490 (48gb flash drive) and after seeing that, I'm going to wait a little while for something better. I've been rediculously tempted on the Asus EEE laptop, but after I look at all the mods I would want to do to it, I end up right back at the Fujitsu 810.

There are many different ways of doing this and all are fine depending on what you want from the system. From my experience, everyone wants a system that is just for the incar environment and they actually want it to get rid of having to take in/out a laptop to the car.
