Sun Roof

I have a 2003 wrx and am wondering first off if it's even possible to put a sunroof in it.

Then if it can then how much is it?

My understanding is that the 02/03 WRX's didn't have sunroof's because there is a structural beam that runs along the roof from b-pillar to b-pillar. If that's the case, you would only be able to have a sunroof in front of that beam, and it would have to be very skinny.
That being said, I'd like to hear some more opinions on the matter. I've always thought it would be nice to have a sunroof in my Bugeye.

I wouldn't put an aftermarket sunroof in the car - both people I know who did that are now experiencing leaks (which isn't fun)

As other people have mentioned, aftermarket sunroofs are not a good idea. I haven't heard of anyone acutally putting one in and not having problems soon after.

wait 03's were the first to get it? ive talked to a few people that have 03's and they have sun roofs. they said they bought it from the dealer like that.

legacy outback sunroof mod ftw. Would like to do that to my wagon, but im just not crazy about having my roof cut open.

I don't think that is aftermarket. IIRC 03-05 had a premium package that came with heated seats (optional leather), the passenger side subwoofer, sunroof, and maybe even heated mirrors.

yea that looks like my sunroof. i have all the above. it has clear glass so im thinking about tinting it.
