Just looked it up, you were right....kind of. Talking on a cell phone while driving will be prohibited as of July 1, 2008. It will be a $20 fine and $50 each subsequent violation. But it doesn't say anything about points.

I usually leave mine on my lap because people always call me... though if I'm not on it when i get out it usually ends up on the ground outside the car in that situation

I put mine in this thing right next to air vents. Makes for very nice bluetooth headset connection or speaker phone useage.

yeah I know that's why I get the cheap phones.... they all get pretty beat up... I finaly got a phone with a camera a few months ago and it already looks like crap.. and this morning I had it out at work and it fell outa my crane lol 15foot drop and it was fine hehe

My favorite part about those people is when you happen to be around one for a while (say, an hour waiting for an airplane) and they sit there the whole time with the damn BT headset on their ears and never even get a call.
