size of STI seats and GT seats

i need help with the sizes of STI seats and GT seats (front seats) .
anyone here know the sizes???

I've never measured seats before.. how do you do that.. measure base width/height/length and then the seat backing too?

and if it's help then STI 2006 seats and GT 1999 seats.
