Hi i was wondering will the 04 sti interior fit on a 06 wrx tr

i wouldnt see why not. i dont think there was any interior changes between 05 and 06 (fitment wise)

Yes, the seats will bolt in,

But 05 and Under seats did not have the weight sensitive front passenger seat, so your airbags will not work correctly unless you find 06 or 07 STI seats.

Long story short, the plugs do not match up, and you will get a CEL.

Done the research.. looking for an 06 or 07 STI interior myself.
