mine does it as well, right above where the mirror meets the weatherstripping. I also find it stops when you put the window down and back up, but does anyone have a more permanent solution to this problem? It appears the triangular piece that seals against the stripping seems to crease the stripping, allowing an air leak when pressure is appklied. Has anyone else noticed a whistling noice with the sunroof tilted. It is apparent whether i have the air deflector installed or not.

It is a bad window design imo. This is the third car I had with frameless doors. Doors that I have had with window frames attached to the door did not leak

Wow I have that same problem, it goes away when I roll down the window and roll it up also. I wish there was a perminant fix though even though it really doesn't bother me too much.

    window leak

Same problem on my 03. I had the dealer adjust the window, that helped. I still need to roll down after door is closed and roll back up again for a complete seal.

If you think wind noise is bad in a WRX try driving a Ford Taurus.

My driver side window is actaully misaligned with the frame of the car. Currently it pops out about 1" so it gets really noisy... I'll most likely take it to the dealership when I get my 60,000 mile tune up
