creaking noise from head unit/din pocket

Whenever i accelerate kinda fast or hit the brakes kinda hard, the cp player and din pocket are making a creaking noise. Its like creaking and squeeking. When i push in and around that area it makes the same noise, Any reason it should happen when im moving? and how can i stop this, its annoying, even with the radio on.

    thanks

Pop the dash plastic and tighten the mounting screws is what I'd do for starters.

The Knack. It's a rare condition characterized by an extreme intuition about all things mechanical and electrical ... and utter social ineptitude.
