    Key Fob knock

Does anyone out there have a clean solution the the knocking sound of the key fob knocking against the steering column?

I know I could take the fob off the key... but other than that? My Jetta had a little piece of rubber mounted where the fob (or other keys) would hit the column.

I guess I could glue a bit of rubber on there. Naybe dynamat the inside of the steering column cover.... The hollow, hard-plastic knocking noise is driving me nuts!

I added a couple more rings to it so that it hangs lower, helps a bit.

I was just thinking about that- I'm going to attach a piecs of velcro to the column and a small one to the fob and eliminate the problem.
