No... I'm just worried about slipping and putting the drill bit through to the outside of the car!
lol don't worry that shouldn't happen - you'll feel it when the drill goes through the metal, its pretty thin and easy to drill into

Yeah the drilling is not that hard. I only drilled the top hole and it's holding fine. Too much of a hassle to try and get the drill in place for the bottom one.

yep - thats all i did too - the pillar holds in place w/ just the 1 in
