If I had to choose one, i'd choose the second one.
My first coice is the momo airleather Simply because it is made for our cars and it has the nib sot he stock shift boot can stay up.

the momo airl leather actually matches the 02-04 steering wheels. The 05 wheel does not have the dimple pattern in it so I just wanted to find a momo shifter to match the steering wheel. Do you think those shifters that i posted will not work with the stock boot?
Out of those 3, I'd choose number 1. But I have the airleather in my 05, and the little dimple pattern around the knob matches perfectly with the steering wheel. It also gives a nice contrast to the silver center console.
All three look good, you can't go wrong.
I say find a local vendor that has them in stock and see them in person.
That will make your choice easier.

If you live anywhere hot, you should expect an all-metal shift knob to burn the hell out of your hand. However hot your steering wheel feels on a hot day, a metal shift knob will feel much hotter.
That said, I like the second. But, I'm not sure how the boot stays up. I also imagine that it must be a universal knob, so I think it's likely to damage your shift lever threads, and make it pretty much impossible to re-attach the original..
