05 Center Console

I was just wondering if anyone knows how to remove the center console in the 05. I know it's changed from the 04 model. Thanks.

you already have the shfiter plate up?

Yeah, even the bottom half of the console where the HVAC controls are. But it seems like there are screws up top (like behind the cup holders in the older models). Of course, I don't have those cup holders to pull out and access the screws.

There isnt any screws up there just pull but pull right by where you feel resistance so you dont break it.

thanks, that worked great! now i can get started on installing my radio.
another question if you don't mind: have you changed the bulbs in the hvac controls? i managed the dash okay, but can't seem to dismantle the three dials.
