boost gauge hook up

hey guys i was just wondering if my vacum line is on the wrong place, i connected it after the waste gate where it goes to the side of the frame and the boost is reading low at like 5 and spikes at like 11. i was wondering if it should be in front of the waste gate or where and will my boost be low because i have a bov

it's much easier to tap the vacuum line off the bypass valve. it's closer to the hole in the firewall too.

the bov shouldn't affect your boost, unless it's not installed correctly.

Thats where I tapped off also..
