8" sub installed in pass thru (pics)

Well, it is finally done. I just installed my JL 8W3 in the pass thru to the trunk. What do you think? I know a couple people had questions if it would fit and it did. It was very tight and I had to design a custom box but It was worth it.

I havent had a chance to hook it up becasue the rest of my stuff hasn't arrived yet. I actually made 2 boxes and laid out a third just in case there was a market for them I matched the front of the box with the interior and the back with the carpet in the trunk. It figured out to be just about the prefect size for the sub (cubic ft). If anybody wants the other box I am selling it. Probably best if your close to me because shipping would be expensive. It is designed for and 8" sub (7" basket cut out). Email me at churcomb@attbi.com
