    HVAC problems

I messed around with my HVAC controls trying to figure out where to remount my head unit, and now my vent is on the fritz. It'll only work when it's on high (4/4). With the car not running, I can hear the fan start up, but no air comes in the vents, and on 1 I hear nothing. Anyone have any clues as to what I did?

I found this wiring harness unplugged but I can't find anywhere it would go. Can anyone tell me what it is?

Edit: That plug is coming out of the stereo wiring harness and I'm guessing it's just the ground for the head unit. Also, I played around a bit more, and with the A/C off, there is no sound at all except when the fan is set to 4.
