    ok finally took my car in and i talked to the tech...he says that the little rubber triangle piece (Gussett) needs to be checked that it is sealing correctly w/ the window and that there is equal space on one side than the other. He says you can check that by using a piece of paper to slide on each side. If there is the same amount of space on each side, then you can squeeze the Gussett with some force but be careful not to break the internals. If there is not the same amount of space then the door panel has to come off along w/ the gussett and the internal piece of the gussett has to be adjusted using its two screws. I think he said one screw was on top of it, and one was on the bottom. So any case they just adjusted my gussett and squeezed the triangle. My car is back to normal sound levels once again...

    Thanks for the info lamosv21. I am definitely goin to try that. I figured out that the air noise is definitely coming from that gusset. If I can't fix it, I'm taking it in to the dealer. Thanks again. Much appreciated.
