    unplug the battery and plug it back in , that worked for me.

    most cd's get stuck because of labels put on them. thats why many cd-r manfacturers recommended you do not put labels on your cd's. when i had a cd get stuck in my cd player once. like it was a single one i put a small thin very thin piece of metal or something thin enough that will just be able to touch the top of the cd and it should slide out... but i dunno about multi disc
