Dual Gauge full pillar pod, boost, shift light here is how it looks..i didn't put it over the old pillar nor did i cut the old one i just took out the old and put in the new. There was a metal "bar" that i put some double sided sticky tape on it and it stuck to the pillar pod...but i will drill it and paint the screw black.

that shift light looks like it could give you a full eye exam. Not my taste with a large light, but looks real good in the pillar pods. hope it works out for you.

Looks good Speed. But I would have put mine where the clock was. But I am glad it worked out for you. So your shift light lights up at 6K? Why not get it near 6500 to 6800? Just wondering.
Oh yeah, where did you find out how to tap into the tach wire?

ok i was surfin the i club and i read that it was a green wire so i took out the gauge cluster and unpluged all the **** behind the gauge then i cut the electrical tape and snipped the green wire and spliced them all together. Works perfect! I have it set at 6 because again when i was surfing the iclub someone said that 6 was the best place to shift because thats where the best power is around 6-6200 so when i see the light i shift so it's about 6100 or 6200 that the gear engages....i ordered the whole 6000 pill kit.....comes with 6000 6200 6400 6600 6800...works great i recomend it to any and everyone.......i hope i answered what you were looking for...Originally posted by KurleeDaddeeWRX
