    Looking for an LCD

Alright guys. A buddy of mine are planning to write engine management software, and I'm looking for a 7" LCD I can put in the dash to test and tune it. I want it to go in the double din area in my WRX. I know there is a guy selling them on ebay, but he wants waaay too much money.

Now, there are 7" LCDs with RCA input in ebay for around $100. I think I'm gonna need to go with VGA input, but it'd be nice if one of you could tell me I'm wrong and RCA input from a PC on a 7" LCD would be fine. I'm not too concerned with image quality, it just needs to be good enough to read fonts. If TurboXS can do it on a Gameboy, a 7" LCD is plenty. The other issue is fitment. I haven't measured the bay yet, but I'm guessing the wider housings might be a bit much.

Also, any input from people that already have LCDs installed (and pics??) would be awesome! Thanks!

Edit: I could also use some help from anyone that's had experience with programming, specifically in interfacing external devices and I/O.
