Does anyone have a VERY LOUD and ANNOYING rattles coming from the front dash around the defroster vent area and the steering column cover???
CAn you please shed some light on how to fix it or please point me in the right direction. The car has only 2k miles and it sounds like it has been driving in the australian outback for 100k miles (not that I knwo what its like, but I assume).
Everytime I put my indicators, I get that rattle from the steering wheel column cover and everytime I go over the slightest bump I get rattles from there and the vent, and who knows from where else in the car.
So is this fix possible, easy fix?

How about the steering column? I think read somewhere it has only one bolt holding it?
will a 3m adhesive do the job? Thats all I have here
ahhhhH!!! The sound of silence!!! Anyone with the rattle coming from in front of you, do this, its an easy 10 minute fix if that.
I need to do this.
