So not only does my 06 have the extra half liter, 4/2 pots, a nice looking front end but it also has rear cup holders. Althrough no one drinks in the car at all (besides me) it is a nice option to have back there. I'm not sure if the TR's have them but my LTD has rear cup holders.

I believe that in NY it's not legal, even if they're both real. Dunno for sure, I had two legit licenses at one time and got pulled over, the cop told me to destroy one of them, so I'm assuming it's not legal here.

In most states it's a traffic violation for having 2 liscs, not sure about being arrestable through.

I would hope a car marketed as "Tuner Ready" wouldn't have cup holders in the back... or front for that matter.

All that extra weight Cupholders are probaly the last thing I'd delete out of the package. Doesnt everyone at some point in time order a soda at a drive-thru...hard to shift and hold between your legs at the same time.

Rarely at the tuning track, but I'm sure I might have once or twice.
I would think that if I was at the right RPM range too, I shouldn't have to use the clutch to much to shift.

Hand on wheel, hand on shifter, and hand on cup? You arent driving a spec miata I always figured that the extra 1/2 lbs wouldnt be a big deal when it comes with a radio, full carpet, sound deading, back seat, and other "not needed" objects. The TR was a joke to begin with.
