    adding amp to stock head unit

    want to keep the stock head unit and add one or maybe even two amps to the car for speakers and a small box. had a indash 7" dvd player and all that, but im not taking the chance of my car getting broken into again ( my old car) how do i go about adding amps to the stock system? thanks

    you will need a harness to add the amp to it as i believe im not quite too sure. will find out later

    you can get a hi low inverter and tap spice some wires.. they are pretty cheap around 20-30$ at frys electronics

    stock head unit to amps

    What you need is called a line out converter.it allows for rca outputs. any audio store should have it in stock you will most likely need one for each amp. you will ned to wire it into your speaker lines.
