are titles coming back?

are the titles under our user's name coming back? i know it doesn't mean much, but at least it's not boring. register user seems sooo generic

if it's brought back, could you guys make it more interesting, instead of just two titles. maybe have one title where you'd have to have like 15,000 posts before u get it, ya know, something wild....on top of the regular title

i like it better without titles, its like sports teams that dont have the last name on the jersey.
(i know this place isnt anything like nasioc, but who knows 6 years from now the "gurus" or whatever will be so full of themselves it will be disgusting.)

There are currently no plans to do anything with user titles...I think that's the way Tim likes it.

I think random, meaningless titles based on post count would be entertaining.
Like.... I dunno.... "Little Bunny Foo Foo", "Archetype", "Professional Wrestler", "Kingpin", "Optimus Prime", "Tooth Fairy"...

Based on post count, but random. Like 0-20, 21-23, 24-45, 46, 47-82, 83-86, 87-95, etc...

This would take some effort, but I'd find it extremely entertaining. I am a little warped, though.

actually, i think this will happen no matter what. although i really liked the ideas of titles, everyone can see your post count so they can kind of tell how long you've been here and what not. but, tites were fun to see...like zem's idea.

but i have to disagree with the "n00b" status for 1-100 posts and others. i'm sure some people will log in who are well versed in wrx-related material, therefore not being a n00b.
