No Contact Banning?

Hey mods, thanks for the one-way banning in the "vehicles for sale" forum.

My computer/your site was locked up and would not submit my AD from my end. I could go "BACK" but never get past the "Submit" button. ONLY 5 hours later when i checked my email did I find out about my banning. Oh and get the best part; i got a warning and a banning WITHOUT ANY REPLYABLE E-MAIL. EVERY email you guys send are "do not reply" addresses. Oh and don't bother to call the cell # if you have a problem with my accidental multiple posts. That would be WAY TOO considerate and thoughtful. Its way easier to just hide behind the computer and bann me on the grounds that I never responded to your not responding web site; therefore I MUST be doing it on purpose

I'm sure you will delete this or bann me again so you can save face or not have to own-up to my BS banning.

I hope at least this makes SOMEONE RETHINK the communication and banning procedure and/or add a reply-able email and not just PMs, from which I was banned to use, to argue my case.

Yea my 4EAT is for sale, Wife got a new SUV.......lost interest in the crampy WRX w/baby seat. BS.......i know. Maybe when my son gets older we'll get back into it.

Yea, thats the PM. PMs work great when you can access them. I would have loved to have been able to respond to ANY communication left by the modertor but EVERYTHING was one way.(no reply option)

I never got any reply-able warnings before banning. I had NO CLUE why the site wasn't working until I checked my email (containing more useless communication from moderators)

You guys gotta get a handle on these mods or find better communication routes.

This site is resembeling CLUB DSM or DSM Tooners.

Since your back, let me ask, why did you find it necessary to post somewhere in the neighborhood of over 12-14 identical for sale threads over the course of over a day?

You were asked multiple times to stop posting them by multiple moderators through PMs, and with replies to your threads.

This wasn't a computer problem. You were posting them every 30 minutes to an hour. We finally just started merging and deleting them. Were you hoping for a better chance to sell your car?

You decided to not respond, so you received a time out.

You need to get a better handle on how a forum works.

You expected a Mod to call you and say "what's going on"? To me that sounds a little over the top. Not to mention last time I checked the Club doesnt give us personal phones to moderator the forum.

Your total expectation of the whole system seems a little flawed. Was this a IP ban anyway? If not if you were so bent out of shape you could have created another account and PM'd any of the mods.

Well judging from your eye-opening 10 posts over the last year and a half (Join Date 02-01-2006), you certainly are a very valuable contributing member here and I am amazed and astounded that with your vast experience with this forum you were inexcusably banned for no reason. Especially because your cell number is clearly listed in your profile and that's definitely how we prefer to contact all members. I'm also shocked at how many times you came onto ClubWRX as a guest to get an email contact from one of the moderators to discuss this banning matter, all to no avail! You sir, have been done wrong and I am abhorred!!!

thats a lot of big words. i have a headache now. can you please talk in rhyme or atleast 'jive' ? for those of us in TN, we don't read that well so the fewest words possible (and short ones) would really help us understand some of this.

I HATE hatches! What can I say? The wagons are far sweeter than any hatch could every be IMO. A hatch just makes us another Mazda or GTI.

And I still have a place in my heart for a black 2005 STI with <30k miles...or possibly a Limited STI...once I move into my own place comfortably, I will see if one of those options becomes available.
