How come there is a signature picture area then? And how come you have a picture?
I think you are confusing the signature picture area you are trying to use with the AVATAR section. The Avatar is what you see to the left of posts. If you wish to put a pic there use the "Edit Avatar" link in the USER CP link section.
The picture below my user name in called an Avatar. That needs to be a picture 180 x 180 pixels and under 19.5 kb in size.

Thank goodness we dont have sig pics. Every try to navigate through IWSTI or something like that. It gets way to crowded and hard to follow. I think we are a perfect in the middle between's Nasioc "You get nothing no pictures for you" and IWSTI "over cluttered" looks.
