    trouble changing avatar?

    Is anybody else having trouble changing their custom avatar? I have tried uploading it and also linking to it on my server.. i just get taken to a page that says 'unable to save image.'

    super. ive also shrunken the image more - it's well within the acceptable parameters.. and i've tried 2 browsers.

    1) is it w/in the 180x180 pixel size?
    2) is it less than the 24.4kb file size?

    If yes to #1, but not #2 try saving the file as a .GIF.

    Yeah, its largest side is less than 180px and the file size is less than 15kb.

    I've tried gif and jpg. oh well
