These days, I'm going back and forth from Opera (beta) to FF with no problems, other than the occasional 5-6 second delay. Guess I'll count myself lucky.

    Hey guys,

We're now on the new server. I am guessing that the private messages were lost during the previous backup/transfer to the new server. We're on the new server now so the site should run pretty smoothly and I'm going to see what we can do to work out the kinks. The site has been on the same software for 7 years and we've done enough customization to it where I'm considering starting over with the basics to eliminate all minor errors.

Sorry about the missing PMs. I really don't have a way to retrieve and the best thing to do is to check your emails. You should have a record of all of the private messages sent to your mailbox.

I still get the following when I try to post a new thread in Tuning: Electronic Engine Management:

Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 15204352) (tried to allocate 16 bytes) in /home/clubwrx/public_html/forums/includes/class_core.php on line 3312

I was able to create a new thread in Tri State.

I seem to have all of my PMs and recent posts / threads.

I'm getting the following as well when trying to create a new post:

Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 32243712) (tried to allocate 35 bytes) in /home/clubwrx/public_html/forums/includes/functions_search.php on line 196

This has to do with posting a somewhat long thread title and it causes PHP to bork. If you use a short thread title, the post goes through fine.

A similar issue can be found here with a resolution:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 16777216 bytes exhausted - vBulletin Community Forum

That's a famous one - I get that occasionally, especially in the For Sale threads

I'm trying to post an article from Car and Driver: Five Steps to Making More Power in Your Subaru WRX - Gear Box/Gear Box/High Performance/Hot Lists/Reviews/Car and Driver - Car And Driver

Maybe it has something to do with the way the URL is made up?
