Thread Subscriptions

Didn't see a page for website feedback so Im posting here.

How do I turn off my thread subscriptions. In the options it says "To delete a folder, remove the folder's name from the list". Well I erased the 'Subscriptions' with the delete key then hit save, and it brought me back to the subscriptions page.

I can't seem to find a way to remove subscriptions and my inbox is getting cluttered, can someone help me out.

if u hit no email notification it will help instead of deleting it
