    Question User banner Competition

    This is just a toss up idea, but what about a monthly competition with community members submitting pictures of their Subarus for a chance to win being up on the forum banner for a month, you could have either one or two winners, with two winners having both cars on the banner, one on either side, or just one winner and just have his/her car to one side or the other. Users would submit their photos following certain criteria and lets say the best out of one days worth of submissions, then the community would vote on which 3-4 they want to see up on the banner, it's a great community booster I see, and cool for the user to see his car up top on a widely accessed website. Any thoughts?

    Honestly though, since Subarus unlike most other car brands generally all follow a similar mod path, its really hard to get one to stand out of the crowd. The only significant stand outs are usually featured in a photo shoot with Armin and wind up in Subi Sport. More trouble changing the banner than its worth.

    That is the whole point though, is to get people to want to make their cars stand out from the crowd. I also own a 93 300zx, and they do it on their forums and it's wildly popular, those cars have a lot of the same mods done to them, but they manage to find the ones that stand out, and those are the ones that you will see up on the banner, it gives people something to shoot for and stirs the community. Hell, if the banner is an issue I can make that. Photoshop CS9 FTW.
