    Turbo Gasket...

Now the Gasket that comes off of the turbo is a re-useable copper one right? I am doing a down pipe with a buddy and he didnt buy a new one, he said we could re use the old one. Now I bought new, did I waste my money? Or is it 6 in one hand a half dozen in the other? So question is since we are doin this tonight, should he get a new gasket or will old one be fine?

The only copper gaskets to my knowledge are sold by Crucial Racing. The stock gaskets appear to be steel. If the gasket is in good shape you can normally get away with reusing it. If you want piece of mind, buy a new one. I reused my turbo outlet gasket several times before I decided not to roll the dice anymore and bought a new one.
