Another Noise Deal

When I am driving mainly 50mph+ I hear this scratchy and staticy noise like bad speakers or something (not the best comparison but kinda like that). This noise is coming mainly from the rear passenger side near the seat belt. I have rear sti strut bars installed and i am pretty sure the bolts are pretty tight cuz i triple checked. Anyone know what this noise can be?

u may want to check ur rear seat, center hook, check if it is wide open if it is,, bend em a little,, may work,, worked on me,, well
