    05' Rear Bumper....Help

Hello eveyone. This will be my first post as I am a proud new Wrx owner. Only 6 weeks into haveing my brand new car someone clipped the back of me while they were parking! SO anyways no note of course or anything so i want to take the bumper off my self and inspect the dammage and pop it out. Ive searched but have found no results fot how to remove the rear bumper. If someone can help... Thanks.. ( I think-hope its just some rivet things or screws) yes im talking about the cover not the metal beam! Thanks

Exterior and Appearance might have been a better place. Usually the specialist forums deal better with individual parts. This is really for general maitenance rather than specific repairs.

That said, try this link: http://131.109.59.51/wrx/STi_Manual/index.htm . Scroll down the menu on the left about 2/3 rds of the way, under BODY, section 16, Interior Exterior Trim is a pdf describing removing the rear bumper cover. This is supposed to be STi but it should all be the same. Any dents should just pop out, with the aid of a hair dryer.
