Recommend Oil for Tranny and Diffs

was hoping that i can get some good advice on what synth oil to put in my tranny, I have 70k on my 02 rex and I currenty run syncrmesh I have had it in for about 2k miles. Im starting to hear a louder winning sound like very loud gear mesh and I am getting scared. ( dont want to see my tranny break) I want to try to change all the fluids in all my diffs and tranny to see if it will help. And if that doent helpl then its off to the dealer for an expensive tranny strip to see what is making that loud winning sound. Thanks for any advice.

cobb tuning has a great write up on their site which can help you decide what weight lubes to run. FWIW i use redline 75w90 in the trans and redline MTL in the rear diff. no noise, no problems, no complaints.
